福特汽车(中国)有限公司及其关联公司(在本政策中合称为“福特中国”或“我们”)深知个人信息对您的重要性。我们将按法律法规要求,采取相应安全保护措施,尽力保护您的个人信息安全可控。同时,我们希望通过本政策帮助您了解我们会在招聘过程中如何收集、使用、共享、存储您的个人信息,以及我们如何保护您的个人信息和您可以如何管理您的个人信息。
1. 我们如何收集个人信息
我们根据实际业务需求发布工作机会,您可以通过招聘信息获取具体招聘岗位的工作地点、岗位职责、应聘者要求等。通过提交您的应聘申请及个人简历,您将授权我们对于您所提交的信息在招聘流程中进行处理。在本隐私政策中,我们会采取加粗的方式,以提示您注意我们所处理的敏感个人信息。我们仅在具有特定的目的和充分的必要性,并采取严格保护措施的情形下,处理您的敏感个人信息,且该等处理活动预计不会对您的合法权益造成不利的影响。
在您申请福特中国岗位时,我们将可能获取您的以下个人信息:
- 基本信息,如姓名、性别、身份证/护照号码、国籍/籍贯、当前居住地址、当前工作所在地 、住址、联系方式(手机/电子邮箱)、出生年月、出生地;
- 教育及职业背景信息,如您的学历、毕业院校、所学专业、开始工作时间、过往和当前就职公司和职位、年度税前收入、离职原因、工作年限、奖惩记录、取得的主要学业和工作业绩成就、技能和特长、专业资质/资格/证书、专业经验、照片、与当前公司签订服务期或竞业限制协议的情况、身体健康信息,和聘用条件相关的其他个人信息以及相关证明文件;
- 紧急联系人姓名和联系方法;
- 根据我们的利益冲突政策,您提供的相关背景信息,如您在其他企业担任高管、董事、顾问或其他职务的信息,您或者您的家庭成员在与福特有或将有业务往来关系的实体中持有财务权益或为其工作的相关信息;
- 您的公开信息,以及其他您主动提供的个人信息。
通常我们不会收集您的生物识别信息、宗教信仰等敏感个人信息,也请您在投递简历和申请岗位时避免提供该等敏感个人信息。基于不同的岗位类型和实际需求,我们仅会收集并处理您的部分上述个人信息。
您自愿参与到我们的招聘流程中,我们会通过以下途径获取您的个人信息:
- 直接招聘:我们通过纸质或在线表格/系统收集的形式向您收集;
- 内部推荐:福特中国的员工接受您的委托,通过邮件或福特招聘公众号的形式向我们主动提供;
- 第三方推荐:您通过第三方招聘平台,猎头公司或背景调查公司等向我们主动提供。
- 个人主动申请:您与我们福特中国招聘团队员工对接以后,主动向我们提供。
根据招聘渠道以及招聘事宜处理阶段的不同,我们收集个人信息的类型可能会有差异,请以届时表格、页面等展示的个人信息为准,我们也会通过页面文案、告知书或授权书等形式另行告知并经您同意。如您单独签署、确认、声明或授权的文件与本隐私政策不一致的,以最新签署的文本为准。
为确保能正确评估您的求职信息及与岗位的适配性,请你确保您所提供的个人信息真实有效。同时,您提交的上述部分信息可能会涉及第三方个人信息(例如紧急联系人、背调联系人、家庭成员信息等),请您务必确认获得必要的第三方的授权,确保该等信息真实有效,并不得侵犯第三方的隐私、商业秘密等合法权益。
2. 我们如何使用个人信息
我们将基于招聘相关目的和/或为遵守相关的法律法规,使用您申请我们工作岗位时提交的个人信息,包括:
- 处理您的应聘申请,评估您是否符合我们对招聘岗位的预期与需求,包括资料审阅、简历筛选、评估您的资格和技能、审查是否存在利益冲突、面试邀约及安排、结果反馈、背景调查、发送录取通知、准备入职手续;
- 维护我们的人才库,以便未来的空缺职位与应聘者匹配;
- 为改善我们的招聘流程和优化招聘渠道而定期进行的统计和分析(通常以匿名形式进行);
- 您应聘成功且正式入职后,我们还会将您的前述应聘信息转存至员工管理系统,以满足我们的人力资源管理需要;
- 用于其它法律法规允许与招聘相关的正当目的。 如需超出本政策使用目的处理您的个人信息,我们将另行取得您的同意。
3. 我们如何共享、委托处理、转移、公开披露个人信息
3.1 共享 我们不会将您的个人信息共享给任何第三方,除非:
- 我们可能会根据法律法规规定、诉讼、争议解决需要,或按行政、司法机关依法提出的要求,对外共享您的个人信息;
- 我们和关联公司会适用相同的内部管理制度、招聘平台和流程进行招聘,我们可能会基于本政策第2条处理目的在必要限度内与我们的关联公司共享您的个人信息,便于为您匹配最合适的岗位,在此情形下,关联公司将同样根据本政策采取同等的安全保障措施保障您的个人信息安全;
- 获得您的明确同意后,我们会与其他第三方共享您的个人信息。
3.2 委托处理 为完成招聘和人才遴选,我们可能会委托供应商协助我们处理您的个人信息,以提高招聘质量和效率。该等供应商只能接触到其履行职责所需信息,且我们将会通过协议规范其对您个人信息的使用并要求其对您个人信息提供充分的安全保护。
3.3 转移 我们不会将您的个人信息转移给任何第三方,除非:
- 我们就信息转移获得了您的同意或者授权;
- 根据法律、法规的要求、强制性的行政执法或司法要求;或
- 在涉及资产转让、收购、兼并、重组或破产清算时,如涉及到个人信息转移,我们会向您告知有关情况,并要求新的控制您个人信息的公司、组织继续受本政策的约束,否则我们将要求该公司、组织重新向您征求授权同意。
3.4 公开披露 我们不会公开披露您的个人信息,除非:
- 获得您明确同意或基于您的主动选择;或
- 根据法律、法规的要求、强制性的行政执法或司法要求。
3.5 请您知悉,根据相关法律法规及国家标准规定,若我们对个人信息采取技术措施和其他必要措施进行匿名化处理,使得数据接收方无法复原并重新识别或者关联特定个人,则此类匿名化处理后数据的共享、委托处理、转移及公开无需另行向您通知并征得您的同意。
4. 我们如何存储个人信息
我们会将您的个人信息在我们的人才库中保存至相关的招聘流程结束后3年,以尽量为您提供潜在的职业发展机会。若您应聘成功且入职,我们会按照对待正式员工的方式继续依法保存您的个人信息。您的个人信息将存储在中国境内,除非另行向您特别告知并履行法定程序外,我们不会跨境提供您的个人信息。
5. 我们如何保护个人信息的安全
我们使用各种安全技术和程序,以防信息的丢失、不当使用、未经授权阅览或披露、共享。我们将使用加密技术(例如SSL)、匿名化处理及相关合理可行的手段保护您的个人信息并使用安全保护机制防止您的个人信息遭到恶意攻击。但请您理解,由于技术的限制以及可能存在的各种恶意手段,即便竭尽所能加强安全措施,也不可能始终保证信息百分之百的安全。因此,我们强烈建议您采取积极措施协助我们保护您的个人信息安全。
在不幸发生个人信息安全事件后,我们将按照法律法规的要求启动应急响应预案,并及时向您告知:安全事件的基本情况和可能的影响、我们已采取或将要采取的处置措施、您可自主防范和降低风险的建议、对您的补救措施等。我们将及时将事件相关情况以邮件、信函、电话、推送通知等方式向您通知,难以逐一告知个人信息主体时,我们会采取合理、有效的方式发布公告,法律法规规定可以不通知的除外。同时,我们还将依法向有关主管部门报告个人信息安全事件的处置情况。
6. 您如何管理个人信息
我们尊重您在中国数据保护法下与您的个人信息有关的权利,包括以下内容:
- 获知我们是否以及如何处理您的个人信息;
- 确定我们是否可以处理您的个人信息,并拒绝或限制对您个人信息的处理,但仅限于我们处理您个人信息的法律依据是需要获取您的同意的情形;
- 查阅并获得我们持有的您的个人信息的副本;
- 在验证您的身份后,针对基于您同意提供的或基于合同收集的个人信息,在具备技术可行性和不损害他人合法权益的条件下,我们将提供转移的途径;
- 要求我们更新或更正关于您的任何不准确的个人信息,或补充关于您的任何不完整的个人信息;
- 在某些应聘场景中,我们可能仅依据信息系统、算法等在内的非人工自动决策机制做出决定。如果这些决定显著影响您的合法权益,您有权要求我们做出解释,我们也将提供适当的救济方式;
- 在某些情况下,删除您的个人信息;以及
- 要求就我们如何处理您的个人信息做出解释。
您可以通过以下第8条规定的方式联系我们,提出上述任何要求。
当我们收到您的请求时,无论我们是否持有所请求的数据,我们都会在收到您的请求后,在合理可行的情况下尽快做出回应。如果对您的身份有任何疑问,我们可能会要求您提供信息,以便我们能够确定您的身份。如果我们无法对您的请求采取行动,我们将向您解释我们无法对您的请求采取行动的原因。
7. 本政策如何更新
我们可能不时地修改本政策,以适应新的法律或监管要求、行业惯例或其他业务目的。如果这些变化是实质性的,我们将向您提供通知,并且在适用法律要求的情况下,我们将征得您的同意。

Ford China Applicant Privacy Notice
Effective Date: January 1, 2025
Ford Motor (China) Co., Ltd. and its affiliates (collectively referred to as "Ford China" or "we" in this Notice) understand the importance of personal information to you. We will take corresponding security protection measures as required by laws and regulations to protect your personal information in a safe and controllable manner. At the same time, we hope to help you understand through this Notice how we collect, use, share, store your personal information during the recruitment process, and how we protect your personal information and how you can manage your personal information.
1. Personal Information We Collect
We publish job opportunities based on actual business needs. You can obtain specific job location, job responsibilities, and applicant requirements through recruitment information. By submitting your job application and personal resume, you authorize us to process the information you submit during the recruitment process. In this Privacy Notice, we will use bold to remind you of the sensitive personal information we process. We only process your sensitive personal information under specific purposes and sufficient necessity, and take strict protective measures, and such processing activities are not expected to adversely affect your legitimate rights and interests.
When you apply for a position at Ford China, we may collect the following personal information from you:
- Basic information, such as name, gender, ID/passport number, nationality/place of origin, current residence address, current work location, address, contact information (mobile/email), date of birth, place of birth;
- Education and career background information, such as your education, graduation school, major, start work time, past and current employers and positions, annual pre-tax income, reasons for resignation, years of work, records of rewards and punishments, major academic and work achievements, skills and specialties, professional qualifications/certificates, professional experience, photos, service period or non-compete agreement signed with the current employer, health information, and other personal information related to employment conditions and related supporting documents;
- Emergency contact name and contact information;
- Relevant background information provided by you according to our conflict of interest policy, such as information about your executive, director, consultant, or other positions in other companies, information about you or your family members holding financial interests or working in entities that have or will have business with Ford;
- Your public information, and other personal information you voluntarily provide.
We generally do not collect your biometric information, religious beliefs, and other sensitive personal information. Please avoid providing such sensitive personal information when submitting resumes and applying for positions. Based on different job types and actual needs, we will only collect and process some of the above personal information.
You voluntarily participate in our recruitment process, and we may collect your personal information through the following ways:
- Direct recruitment: We collect it from you through paper or online forms/systems;
- Internal referral: Ford China employees accept your entrustment and actively provide it to us through email or Ford recruitment public account;
- Third-party recommendation: You actively provide it to us through third-party recruitment platforms, headhunting companies, or background check companies;
- Personal initiative application: You actively provide it to us after connecting with our Ford China recruitment team.
Depending on the recruitment channel and the stage of the recruitment process, the types of personal information we collect may vary. Please refer to the personal information displayed in the forms, pages, etc. at that time. We will also inform you separately through page text, notices, or authorization letters and obtain your consent. If the documents you sign, confirm, declare, or authorize separately are inconsistent with this Privacy Notice, the latest signed text shall prevail.
To ensure that we can correctly evaluate your job application information and its suitability for the position, please ensure that the personal information you provide is true and valid. At the same time, the above information you submit may involve third-party personal information (such as emergency contacts, background check contacts, family member information, etc.). Please make sure to obtain the necessary authorization from the third party, ensure that the information is true and valid, and do not infringe on the privacy, trade secrets, and other legitimate rights and interests of the third party.
2. How We Use Personal Information
We will use the personal information you submit when applying for our job positions based on recruitment-related purposes and/or to comply with relevant laws and regulations, including:
- Processing your job application, evaluating whether you meet our expectations and needs for the recruitment position, including data review, resume screening, evaluating your qualifications and skills, checking for conflicts of interest, interview invitations and arrangements, feedback on results, background checks, sending offer letters, and preparing onboarding procedures;
- Maintaining our talent pool to match future vacancies with applicants;
- Conducting regular statistics and analysis to improve our recruitment process and optimize recruitment channels (usually conducted anonymously);
- If you are successfully hired and officially onboard, we will also transfer your previous application information to the employee management system to meet our human resources management needs;
- For other legitimate purposes related to recruitment as permitted by laws and regulations.
If we need to process your personal information beyond the purposes of this Notice, we will obtain your consent separately.
3. How We Share, Entrust Processing, Transfer, and Publicly Disclose Personal Information
3.1 Sharing We will not share your personal information with any third party unless
- We may share your personal information externally as required by laws and regulations, litigation, dispute resolution needs, or as required by administrative and judicial authorities;
- We and our affiliates will apply the same internal management system, recruitment platform, and process for recruitment. We may share your personal information with our affiliates within the necessary scope based on the processing purposes in Article 2 of this Notice to match you with the most suitable position. In this case, the affiliates will also take the same security protection measures as this Notice to protect your personal information;
- With your explicit consent, we will share your personal information with other third parties.
3.2 Entrusted Processing To complete recruitment and talent selection, we may entrust suppliers to assist us in processing your personal information to improve recruitment quality and efficiency. These suppliers can only access the information necessary to perform their duties, and we will regulate their use of your personal information through agreements and require them to provide sufficient security protection for your personal information.
3.3 Transfer We will not transfer your personal information to any third party unless:
- We have obtained your consent or authorization for the information transfer;
- As required by laws, regulations, mandatory administrative enforcement, or judicial requirements; or
- In the event of asset transfer, acquisition, merger, reorganization, or bankruptcy liquidation, if personal information transfer is involved, we will inform you of the relevant situation and require the new company or organization that controls your personal information to continue to be bound by this Notice. Otherwise, we will require the company or organization to seek your authorization and consent again.
3.4 Public Disclosure We will not publicly disclose your personal information unless:
- With your explicit consent or based on your active choice; or
- As required by laws, regulations, mandatory administrative enforcement, or judicial requirements.
3.5 Please be aware that according to relevant laws, regulations, and national standards, if we anonymize your personal information through technical measures and other necessary measures, making it impossible for the data recipient to restore and re-identify or associate specific individuals, such anonymized data sharing, entrusted processing, transfer, and public disclosure do not require separate notification and consent from you.
4. How We Store Personal Information
We will store your personal information in our talent pool for 3 years after the relevant recruitment process ends to provide you with potential career development opportunities. If you are successfully hired and onboard, we will continue to store your personal information in accordance with the treatment of formal employees. Your personal information will be stored within China and will not be provided outside of China unless otherwise specifically notified to you and legal procedures are followed.
5. Security of Personal Information
We use various security technologies and procedures to prevent information loss, misuse, unauthorized access, or disclosure. We will use encryption technology (such as SSL), anonymization, and other reasonable and feasible means to protect your personal information and use security protection mechanisms to prevent malicious attacks on your personal information. However, please understand that due to technical limitations and the possibility of various malicious means, even with our best efforts to strengthen security measures, it is impossible to always guarantee 100% security of information. Therefore, we strongly recommend that you take active measures to help us protect your personal information security.
In the unfortunate event of a personal information security incident, we will initiate an emergency response plan as required by laws and regulations and promptly inform you of the basic situation and possible impact of the security incident, the disposal measures we have taken or will take, suggestions for you to prevent and reduce risks independently, and remedial measures for you. We will promptly notify you of the incident-related situation by email, letter, phone, push notification, etc. If it is difficult to notify the personal information subject one by one, we will take reasonable and effective ways to publish announcements, except as otherwise provided by laws and regulations. At the same time, we will also report the disposal of personal information security incidents to the relevant competent authorities as required by law.
6. Choice and Control of Personal Information
We respect your rights related to your personal information under China's data protection laws, including the following:
- Knowing whether and how we process your personal information;
- Determining whether we can process your personal information and refusing or restricting the processing of your personal information, but only in cases where the legal basis for our processing of your personal information requires your consent;
- Reviewing and obtaining a copy of your personal information held by us;

3.2 委托处理 为完成招聘和人才遴选,我们可能会委托供应商协助我们处理您的个人信息,以提高招聘质量和效率。该等供应商只能接触到其履行职责所需信息,且我们将会通过协议规范其对您个人信息的使用并要求其对您个人信息提供充分的安全保护。
3.3 转移 我们不会将您的个人信息转移给任何第三方,除非:
- 我们就信息转移获得了您的同意或者授权;

3.5 请您知悉,根据相关法律法规及国家标准规定,若我们对个人信息采取技术措施和其他必要措施进行匿名化处理,使得数据接收方无法复原并重新识别或者关联特定个人,则此类匿名化处理后数据的共享、委托处理、转移及公开无需另行向您通知并征得您的同意。
4. 我们如何存储个人信息
我们会将您的个人信息在我们的人才库中保存至相关的招聘流程结束后3年,以尽量为您提供潜在的职业发展机会。若您应聘成功且入职,我们会按照对待正式员工的方式继续依法保存您的个人信息。您的个人信息将存储在中国境内,除非另行向您特别告知并履行法定程序外,我们不会跨境提供您的个人信息。
5. 我们如何保护个人信息的安全
我们使用各种安全技术和程序,以防信息的丢失、不当使用、未经授权阅览或披露、共享。我们将使用加密技术(例如SSL)、匿名化处理及相关合理可行的手段保护您的个人信息并使用安全保护机制防止您的个人信息遭到恶意攻击。但请您理解,由于技术的限制以及可能存在的各种恶意手段,即便竭尽所能加强安全措施,也不可能始终保证信息百分之百的安全。因此,我们强烈建议您采取积极措施协助我们保护您的个人信息安全。
在不幸发生个人信息安全事件后,我们将按照法律法规的要求启动应急响应预案,并及时向您告知:安全事件的基本情况和可能的影响、我们已采取或将要采取的处置措施、您可自主防范和降低风险的建议、对您的补救措施等。我们将及时将事件相关情况以邮件、信函、电话、推送通知等方式向您通知,难以逐一告知个人信息主体时,我们会采取合理、有效的方式发布公告,法律法规规定可以不通知的除外。同时,我们还将依法向有关主管部门报告个人信息安全事件的处置情况。

我们尊重您在中国数据保护法下与您的个人信息有关的权利,包括以下内容:

Ford China Applicant Privacy Notice
Effective Date: January 1, 2025
Ford Motor (China) Co., Ltd. and its affiliates (collectively referred to as "Ford China" or "we" in this Notice) understand the importance of personal information to you. We will take corresponding security protection measures as required by laws and regulations to protect your personal information in a safe and controllable manner. At the same time, we hope to help you understand through this Notice how we collect, use, share, store your personal information during the recruitment process, and how we protect your personal information and how you can manage your personal information.
1. Personal Information We Collect
We publish job opportunities based on actual business needs. You can obtain specific job location, job responsibilities, and applicant requirements through recruitment information. By submitting your job application and personal resume, you authorize us to process the information you submit during the recruitment process. In this Privacy Notice, we will use bold to remind you of the sensitive personal information we process. We only process your sensitive personal information under specific purposes and sufficient necessity, and take strict protective measures, and such processing activities are not expected to adversely affect your legitimate rights and interests.
When you apply for a position at Ford China, we may collect the following personal information from you:
- Basic information, such as name, gender, ID/passport number, nationality/place of origin, current residence address, current work location, address, contact information (mobile/email), date of birth, place of birth;
- Education and career background information, such as your education, graduation school, major, start work time, past and current employers and positions, annual pre-tax income, reasons for resignation, years of work, records of rewards and punishments, major academic and work achievements, skills and specialties, professional qualifications/certificates, professional experience, photos, service period or non-compete agreement signed with the current employer, health information, and other personal information related to employment conditions and related supporting documents;
- Emergency contact name and contact information;
- Relevant background information provided by you according to our conflict of interest policy, such as information about your executive, director, consultant, or other positions in other companies, information about you or your family members holding financial interests or working in entities that have or will have business with Ford;
- Your public information, and other personal information you voluntarily provide.
We generally do not collect your biometric information, religious beliefs, and other sensitive personal information. Please avoid providing such sensitive personal information when submitting resumes and applying for positions. Based on different job types and actual needs, we will only collect and process some of the above personal information.
You voluntarily participate in our recruitment process, and we may collect your personal information through the following ways:
- Direct recruitment: We collect it from you through paper or online forms/systems;
- Internal referral: Ford China employees accept your entrustment and actively provide it to us through email or Ford recruitment public account;
- Third-party recommendation: You actively provide it to us through third-party recruitment platforms, headhunting companies, or background check companies;
- Personal initiative application: You actively provide it to us after connecting with our Ford China recruitment team.
Depending on the recruitment channel and the stage of the recruitment process, the types of personal information we collect may vary. Please refer to the personal information displayed in the forms, pages, etc. at that time. We will also inform you separately through page text, notices, or authorization letters and obtain your consent. If the documents you sign, confirm, declare, or authorize separately are inconsistent with this Privacy Notice, the latest signed text shall prevail.
To ensure that we can correctly evaluate your job application information and its suitability for the position, please ensure that the personal information you provide is true and valid. At the same time, the above information you submit may involve third-party personal information (such as emergency contacts, background check contacts, family member information, etc.). Please make sure to obtain the necessary authorization from the third party, ensure that the information is true and valid, and do not infringe on the privacy, trade secrets, and other legitimate rights and interests of the third party.
2. How We Use Personal Information
We will use the personal information you submit when applying for our job positions based on recruitment-related purposes and/or to comply with relevant laws and regulations, including:
- Processing your job application, evaluating whether you meet our expectations and needs for the recruitment position, including data review, resume screening, evaluating your qualifications and skills, checking for conflicts of interest, interview invitations and arrangements, feedback on results, background checks, sending offer letters, and preparing onboarding procedures;
- Maintaining our talent pool to match future vacancies with applicants;
- Conducting regular statistics and analysis to improve our recruitment process and optimize recruitment channels (usually conducted anonymously);
- If you are successfully hired and officially onboard, we will also transfer your previous application information to the employee management system to meet our human resources management needs;
- For other legitimate purposes related to recruitment as permitted by laws and regulations.
If we need to process your personal information beyond the purposes of this Notice, we will obtain your consent separately.
3. How We Share, Entrust Processing, Transfer, and Publicly Disclose Personal Information
3.1 Sharing We will not share your personal information with any third party unless
- We may share your personal information externally as required by laws and regulations, litigation, dispute resolution needs, or as required by administrative and judicial authorities;
- We and our affiliates will apply the same internal management system, recruitment platform, and process for recruitment. We may share your personal information with our affiliates within the necessary scope based on the processing purposes in Article 2 of this Notice to match you with the most suitable position. In this case, the affiliates will also take the same security protection measures as this Notice to protect your personal information;
- With your explicit consent, we will share your personal information with other third parties.
3.2 Entrusted Processing To complete recruitment and talent selection, we may entrust suppliers to assist us in processing your personal information to improve recruitment quality and efficiency. These suppliers can only access the information necessary to perform their duties, and we will regulate their use of your personal information through agreements and require them to provide sufficient security protection for your personal information.
3.3 Transfer We will not transfer your personal information to any third party unless:
- We have obtained your consent or authorization for the information transfer;
- As required by laws, regulations, mandatory administrative enforcement, or judicial requirements; or
- In the event of asset transfer, acquisition, merger, reorganization, or bankruptcy liquidation, if personal information transfer is involved, we will inform you of the relevant situation and require the new company or organization that controls your personal information to continue to be bound by this Notice. Otherwise, we will require the company or organization to seek your authorization and consent again.
3.4 Public Disclosure We will not publicly disclose your personal information unless:
- With your explicit consent or based on your active choice; or
- As required by laws, regulations, mandatory administrative enforcement, or judicial requirements.
3.5 Please be aware that according to relevant laws, regulations, and national standards, if we anonymize your personal information through technical measures and other necessary measures, making it impossible for the data recipient to restore and re-identify or associate specific individuals, such anonymized data sharing, entrusted processing, transfer, and public disclosure do not require separate notification and consent from you.
4. How We Store Personal Information
We will store your personal information in our talent pool for 3 years after the relevant recruitment process ends to provide you with potential career development opportunities. If you are successfully hired and onboard, we will continue to store your personal information in accordance with the treatment of formal employees. Your personal information will be stored within China and will not be provided outside of China unless otherwise specifically notified to you and legal procedures are followed.
5. Security of Personal Information
We use various security technologies and procedures to prevent information loss, misuse, unauthorized access, or disclosure. We will use encryption technology (such as SSL), anonymization, and other reasonable and feasible means to protect your personal information and use security protection mechanisms to prevent malicious attacks on your personal information. However, please understand that due to technical limitations and the possibility of various malicious means, even with our best efforts to strengthen security measures, it is impossible to always guarantee 100% security of information. Therefore, we strongly recommend that you take active measures to help us protect your personal information security.
In the unfortunate event of a personal information security incident, we will initiate an emergency response plan as required by laws and regulations and promptly inform you of the basic situation and possible impact of the security incident, the disposal measures we have taken or will take, suggestions for you to prevent and reduce risks independently, and remedial measures for you. We will promptly notify you of the incident-related situation by email, letter, phone, push notification, etc. If it is difficult to notify the personal information subject one by one, we will take reasonable and effective ways to publish announcements, except as otherwise provided by laws and regulations. At the same time, we will also report the disposal of personal information security incidents to the relevant competent authorities as required by law.
6. Choice and Control of Personal Information
We respect your rights related to your personal information under China's data protection laws, including the following:
- Knowing whether and how we process your personal information;
- Determining whether we can process your personal information and refusing or restricting the processing of your personal information, but only in cases where the legal basis for our processing of your personal information requires your consent;
- Reviewing and obtaining a copy of your personal information held by us;
- After verifying your identity, providing a transfer method for personal information provided based on your consent or collected based on a contract, under the condition of technical feasibility and not harming the legitimate rights and interests of others;
- Requesting us to update or correct any inaccurate personal information about you, or supplement any incomplete personal information about you;
- In certain recruitment scenarios, we may make decisions based solely on non-human automatic decision-making mechanisms such as information systems and algorithms. If these decisions significantly affect your legitimate rights and interests, you have the right to request an explanation from us, and we will provide appropriate remedies;

When we receive your request, whether we hold the requested data or not, we will respond as soon as possible within a reasonable and feasible time after receiving your request. If there is any doubt about your identity, we may ask you to provide information so that we can verify your identity. If we cannot take action on your request, we will explain the reason why we cannot take action on your request.
7. Changes to this Privacy Notice
We may modify this Notice from time to time to adapt to new laws or regulatory requirements, industry practices, or other business purposes. If these changes are substantial, we will provide you with notice, and where applicable laws require, we will obtain your consent.
